Thank you very
much indeed for Lara's training course which we really enjoyed.
You were so encouraging and full of good advice that Lara seems
to have learned an enormous amount in the few weeks of the course.
Certainly she is much more responsive and obedient (she now expects
a treat every time she obeys any command, and sits looking hopeful
and hungry until she realises that I am not going to reward her
every time!!) She is much better behaved when we meet other dogs,
and is much easier to control when we are out. You made all the
lessons such fun and so full of interest that the time passed very
quickly. The course has been a great help to me, and I hope that
I will be able to put what I have learned to good use in the management
of both our dogs. Again,

I thoroughly enjoyed the puppy class. It certainly gave me lots
to think about and I now realise why dogs do as they do –
and also how to exploit the natural behaviour to our advantage.
I appreciate it is important for dogs to learn on the lead and in
confined space, it is a challenge as much for the nervous dog as
I found with an outgoing and social dog like Murphy who just wants
to play! The instruction was clear, well-planned and you handled

I found
the classes both useful and enjoyable and particularly liked that
the pattern of activities varied from week to week, with allowance
for dogs at different stages, and small classes gave time for both
incidental hints and tips and discussion of individual problems.
Classes avoided the approach of “same class fits all”
and no repetitive drilling to the point of boredom. Vi

I reckon
our 6 lessons have been a great help in teaching us how to handle
our puppies. They learn really quickly and Tilly’s manners
have improved no end. Actually it’s owner training! The venue
is fine and the standard of teaching excellent, and generally the

you from Fanny and myself for a fun (5) weeks. I think Fanny really
enjoyed herself and learnt something too, if only to sit!! Fanny
really was keen and from the corner into Dorchester knew exactly
where she was going, lots of excitment! I can't think how you could

We both
enjoyed the course very much. It was educational and fun at the
same time covering most of the issues needed in day-to-day life.
The variety of things covered at each session also stopped the puppies
from becoming bored. Many thanks I have ended up with a very well

I really enjoyed the puppy classes, they were more fun than hard
work! These were the first puppy classes I have ever been to and
I thoroughly enjoyed them. I thought they were definitely value-for-money,
well-structured, a good size, a comfortable pace and fun too.
It is very rewarding to have your dog respond to your command
and this happened from day one. Excited and timid dogs were confidently
dealt with and there were great provisions of treats, toys, harnesses
and even an emergency cleaning box. The owners were given as much
encouragement as their dogs and all questions were answered with
practical advice and suggestions. The bag of freebies from James
Wellbeloved was much appreciated and useful, especially the dog
treat pouch. Now my dog is the proud owner of a puppy class certificate
